Class Descriptions

Classes are suitable for all skill-levels, from beginner to advanced. Membership packages include unlimited classes and any guest/non-member can take any class for on $5.00 per class. Just bring a towel and be ready to work!

Bootcamp –This boot camp style class utilizes a variety of stations and interval training. High intensity movements with short periods of rest in-between. 

Cardio Country – Country dance-inspired workout that's unlike any other workout you've tried. Packed with your favorite country hits and simple steps, each class is a fun-filled, calorie-scorching good time. 

CardioFit -Conditioning class combining cardio and strength exercises using your own bodyweight, varied equipment and some partner work.  All fitness levels welcome as exercises can be modified.  

EMOM - EMOM is "Every Minute on the Minute" so as the clock timer buzzes for each new minute, it is time to start over again. Typically will utilize HIIT style training for the rounds similar to our bootcamp classes.

FIGHT Club –A cardiovascular class that incorporates martial arts, shadow boxing, kickboxing, and sports drills along with multiple additional cross training stations.*Gloves Required*

HEAT Club – HEAT is an acronym for High Endurance Athletic Training. This is a boot camp style class utilizing a variety of stations and interval training. High intensity movements with short periods of rest in-between.

Tabata – A type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that follows a specific format which may be either timed or number of repetitions: For example, 20 seconds of a high intensity exercise (e.g. burpees), then 10 seconds of rest; repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. A few sets are combined together to create a short but very effective class. 

Tabata Boxing – follows the same format as regular Tabata but Tabata Boxing incorporates the majority of the rounds focusing on bag work. *Gloves Required*

XFit – a total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. In every class you’ll tone strong, lean muscle, and together, you’ll bust through any plateau that stands in your way. 

Zumba – Takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low/high-intensity moves in an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why ZUMBA classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout which combines all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
