CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Classes are suitable for all skill-levels, from beginner to advanced. The VIP membership packages include unlimited classes. Any guest/non-member can take any class for just $10 per class. Just bring a towel and be ready to work! 

BOOTCAMP

This boot camp style class utilizes a variety of stations and interval training. High intensity movements with short periods of rest in-between. 

HIP HOP STEP

This is a revamp of traditional step aerobics and includes routines set to old and new school hip hop that makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn.

POUND

Pound consists of drumming, cardio and strength training. Throw in some yoga and Pilates, and it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind. Suitable for all fitness levels &  improves coordination, strength, and cardiovascular health.

SKILLZ & DRILLZ (KIDS CLASS)

A youth focused type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that focuses on speed, strength, agility, and overall performance. Great for any kids but especially for those who participate in sports!

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

A total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. In every class you’ll tone strong, lean muscle, and together, you’ll bust through any plateau that stands in your way. 

ZUMBA

Takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low/high-intensity moves in an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why ZUMBA classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout which combines all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
