Classes are suitable for all skill-levels, from beginner to advanced. The VIP membership packages include unlimited classes. Any guest/non-member can take any class for just $10 per class. Just bring a towel and be ready to work!
This HIIT style class incorporates a full body workout focusing on a combination of cardio and strength training. You will utilize every muscle group during this workout.
This boot camp style class utilizes a variety of stations and interval training. High intensity movements with short periods of rest in-between.
Conditioning class combining cardio and strength exercises utilizing our spin bikes! This is the only class that requires participants to sign up as there are is a limited number of bikes.
A total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. In every class you’ll tone strong, lean muscle, and together, you’ll bust through any plateau that stands in your way.
A type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that follows a specific format which may be either timed or number of repetitions: For example, 20 seconds of a high intensity exercise (e.g. burpees), then 10 seconds of rest; repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. A few sets are combined together to create a short but very effective class.
Follows the same format as regular Tabata but Tabata Boxing incorporates the majority of the rounds focusing on bag work. *Gloves Required*
Takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low/high-intensity moves in an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why ZUMBA classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout which combines all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
