

Classes are suitable for all skill-levels, from beginner to advanced. The VIP membership packages include unlimited classes. Any guest/non-member can take any class for just $10 per class. Just bring a towel and be ready to work!
Dance exercise fitness incorporates choreographed movements that provides a full body workout while engaging your arm, leg and core muscles to build strength. The exercises are going to keep you moving continuously to keep your heart rate up. It is fun, aerobic and requires no level of experience. The goal is to move your body with the music so don’t worry about perfecting the style or technique. In some routines, we will use free weights (light), resistant bands, or an aerobic stepper.
This boot camp style class utilizes a variety of stations and interval training. High intensity movements with short periods of rest in-between.
A total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. In every class you’ll tone strong, lean muscle, and together, you’ll bust through any plateau that stands in your way.
This class is dedicated to teaching proper form and is divided into an upper and lower split workout. This class focuses on proper movement and use of different muscle groups at a slower and more controlled pace.
