Our gyms are open 24/7 for our members. However, we have designated staff hours at each of our locations. Please look at the page for each club's staffed hours.
Yes, we offer group classes and personal training at our South Hill, South Boston and Danville locations. See our group class schedules under each location and personal training rates under membership rates.
We do not have an age requirement for members though we do require that all members are responsible enough to utilize the equipment safely. We are not a daycare and do not provide child care, therefore children are not allowed in the gym if they are not a member. This is also a requirement per social services. Essentially, the young person is either old/mature enough to be a member, or they are too young/immature to be left unattended.
We welcome guests and have daily/weekly rates available. Guests who have purchased a day pass must come in during staff hours to gain entry. Day passes are $15 and weekly passes are $35 (includes key fob for 24 hour access)
After signing up or renewing your membership online, you must come in during staff hours to get your key tag activated at our front desk.
We offer an all access upgrade to memberships which gives you access to all of our locations! The all access upgrade is $29 per calendar year and can be added to your membership at any time.
If you would like to cancel or freeze your membership you MUST complete and submit a cancellation/freeze request form. We have paper copies of the forms at our front desk that you are able to complete during staff hours. If you are unable to submit a form in person, click the "FORMS" tab and select whichever form is needed, then submit the completed form by emailing us at info@thefitclubVA.com.
