CLASS DESCRIPTION BELOW
Classes are suitable for all skill-levels, from beginner to advanced. The VIP membership packages include unlimited classes. Any guest/non-member can take any class for on $5.00 per class. Just bring a towel and be ready to work!
As we are in our infancy stages having only been open a few weeks, we expect and plan for our class schedule to grow and offer a variety of options!
This HIIT style class will have a primary focus on kettlebell movements.
This boot camp style class utilizes a variety of stations and interval training. High intensity movements with short periods of rest in-between.
EMOM is "Every Minute on the Minute" so as the clock timer buzzes for each new minute, it is time to start over again. Typically will utilize HIIT style training for the rounds similar to our bootcamp classes.
A type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that follows a specific format which may be either timed or number of repetitions: For example, 20 seconds of a high intensity exercise (e.g. burpees), then 10 seconds of rest; repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. A few sets are combined together to create a short but very effective class.
Follows the same format as regular Tabata but Tabata STRONG is a little less intense with more focus on bodyweight exercises, flexibility, and stability.
Takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low/high-intensity moves in an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why ZUMBA classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout which combines all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
