Classes are suitable for all skill-levels, from beginner to advanced. The VIP membership packages include unlimited classes. Any guest/non-member can take any class for just $10 per class - Just bring a towel and be ready to work!
Conditioning class combining cardio and strength exercises utilizing our spin bikes. This is the only class that requires participants to sign up as there are is a limited number of bikes - please call or signup via TFC South Boston's Facebook page!
Flow from one yoga pose to the next in a series of movements that journey into the deeper benefits of yoga. Movements are synchronized with the breath to build and sustain strength and stamina while also exploring body awareness and connections between the poses. Some classes will also emphasize nuanced alignment, core strengthening, and meditation.
